The Copeland LACA-031A-TAC-800 Copelametic semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor is a 3 horsepower, 208–230V three-phase unit remanufactured in Dayton, Ohio, USA by Dayton Refrigeration Service to meet original factory specifications. This compressor is charged with POE lubricant and is designed for medium temperature applications (25°F to -5°F) with R12, R134A, or equivalent refrigerants, and extra-low temperature applications (-20°F to -40°F) with R502, R507, or equivalents. It directly replaces all previous variants of the LACA-031A-TAC-800, LACB-031A-TAC-800, and LAC-300-TAC-800 models, making it a reliable drop-in replacement for older Copeland Copelametic compressors.
