Terms of Use

All material, images and or information on this website can not be reproduced without prior authorization from Dayton Refrigeration Service Inc.

Payments

We accept cash, US checks, credit cards and bank electronic transfers.

We accept Credit Card Payment on orders shipped to the billing address only.

Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address, international orders and high value orders are payable with a Bank Electronic Transfer or check.

For bank electronic transfers choose the “Bank Electronic Transfer” option at checkout. We will email you an invoice with payment information.

For US checks choose the “Bank Electronic Transfer” option and include a note that you will be mailing in a check.

Privacy Policy

Dayton Refrigeration Service does not use your personal information that you may submit to Dayton Refrigeration Service through this Web site for any purpose other than processing your order and marketing for Dayton Refrigeration.

Consumer Agreements

It is recommended that all parts we sell are installed by a qualified mechanic. It is important that you order the right part for the job you are undertaking. If there is damage to a part or injury to a person or persons installing such, we will accept no responsibility. Since neither we nor the manufacturer have any control over how a part we sell is used, it will be up to the purchaser to make sure that the correct part is chosen for the job and correct installation is applied.

All re-manufactured compressors are completely disassembled. Worn or out of tolerance mechanical and electrical parts are replaced. Each re-manufactured compressor is inspected and fully tested mechanically and electrically.

New old stock compressors are new compressors that are out of the original manufactures warranty period. These compressors are fully tested before they are shipped. If there is any damage please file a claim with the shipping service.

We are not a representative of any compressor manufacturer and the parts we sell are not necessarily recommended by any compressor manufacturer. All words used on this website denoting any compressor manufacturer, models, or numbers are intended for use as reference only. Although our replacement parts are not original factory equipment, our intention is to provide quality replacement parts that meet or exceed standards set by the manufacturer. Copeland Copelameitc, Carrier Carlyle, Danfoss or Tecumseh are registered trademark names and are used as reference only. We are not an authorized Copeland Copelameitc, Carrier Carlyle, Danfoss or Tecumseh dealer and in no way do we have or intend to imply any kind of business relationship with those companies. Our intention is to provide products that can be used on those systems. Part numbers in parenthesis are for reference only and do not imply the part to be a genuine Copeland Copelameitc, Carrier Carlyle, Danfoss or Tecumseh replacement unless otherwise stated in the description.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Dayton Refrigeration Service ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and internationally. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered from Dayton Refrigeration pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We accept Credit Card Payment on orders shipped to the billing address only.

Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address, international orders and high value orders are payable with a Bank Electronic Transfer or check.

Most orders will ship within 3 to 7 business days after payment has cleared. Some special order items may take longer.

All orders requiring motor freight shipping must email us for a shipping quote at support@daytonrefrigeration.com. Please include the items to be ordered, the quantity and full shipping address.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Dayton Refrigeration Service is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Return Policy

Please be sure to order the correct part, there are no returns on miss-ordered items. There are no same as cash returns. Returns will only be approved for items that carry a manufacturer’s warranty if that applies, and may be in the condition to be considered for warranty replacement by the manufacturer. If that applies, contact us for a return authorization number. Dayton Refrigeration Service will submit the item to the manufacturer for warranty consideration on your behalf. There is a limit to 1 replacement/repair for an item that is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Dayton Refrigeration Service Inc. reserves the right to refuse to accept any shipment or delivery that does not have a return authorization number along with the original invoice. In the case of a warranty consideration return, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and freight charges are nonrefundable. Customer property left for over 30 days unclaimed will be disposed of at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Cancelled orders have a 10% cancellation fee. Shipping and handling charges incurred that are associated with a cancelled order are nonrefundable. Orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
